What this site processes
- Basic web-server security logs, which can include an IP address, request time, requested path, response status, referrer and user-agent. These logs are used to keep the site secure and diagnose faults.
- Cookieless first-party audience measurements: page category, language, coarse device/browser category, normalized referring hostname, permitted campaign tags and selected actions such as video play or Football CV download.
- A short daily pseudonymous value derived from a reduced network prefix and browser family. The raw IP and complete user-agent are not written to the analytics store, and the value changes every day.
What it does not do
- No advertising tracker, session replay, fingerprinting, precise location tracking or analytics cookie is used.
- The site does not use analytics to identify a named visitor or claim that an estimated visit is a known scout.
- Email and telephone links open your own application; the site does not record the message text or call content.
Purpose and basis
The limited measurements support the legitimate interests of understanding whether the public profile and match evidence are useful, improving the site, and protecting it from abuse. The information is aggregated and deliberately minimized. You can prevent first-party measurement by enabling Do Not Track (DNT: 1) or Global Privacy Control (Sec-GPC: 1) in a supporting browser.
Hosting, video and recipients
The website is processed by its hosting provider for delivery and security. Match footage is hosted by YouTube. A privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com player is requested only after you choose to play footage; opening YouTube directly is governed by YouTube/Google’s own terms. Visitor analytics is not sold and is not sent to advertising platforms.
Retention and safeguards
First-party event records are normally kept for up to 90 days and then deleted. Server security logs follow the hosting security and rotation schedule and are intended to be kept only as long as needed for security and fault diagnosis. Administrative access uses a strong password, multi-factor authentication, protected sessions and an audit trail.
Your choices and rights
You may ask whether personal data relating to you is processed and request access, correction, restriction or deletion where applicable. You may also object to processing or raise a concern with the relevant supervisory authority. Because analytics identifiers are intentionally short-lived and not tied to a name, a particular record may not be capable of being linked back to you.

Davit is a minor. His public profile and contact route are managed by his parent and adult representative. Sensitive identity documents are not required for an initial scouting enquiry and should not be sent until the recipient’s identity and professional role have been verified.
